"Yei
Hunter"
This canteen is 71/2" tall by 6" wide by 11/2"
deep. The turquoise look is accomplished by layering special glazes
that react to eachother in the firing. 18K gold is applied and
fired into the outlines of this work.

of texture. The designs are clouds with turquoise linings. A

"He-She"
Large wedding vase, 18" tall by 12" diameter. This is
done with browns, rust, black and metallic gold stains. The style
is contemporary, and depicts a female on one side, and a male
on the other- hence the title. From my private collection.

"Thunderbird
Wedding Vase"
This has a textured glaze with the thunderbird painted on it after
firing. Thunderbirds are believed to be "bearers of happiness".
This sort of vase is traditionally given as a wedding present-
the man drinks from one side, the woman from the other, symbolizing
becoming one. 9" tall by 7" diameter.
